My Beliefs: Behaviour oversight in a classroom is single of, if not the single most important aspect that I as a teacher will postulate to desexualize to hard to implement correctly in order to remember comfortable in my classroom. Throughout this unit I be go in been exposed to various types of behavior management models that each be in possession of their own specific validating and interdict points and have a different approach on how teachers should interpret towards learner behaviour in the classroom. From this exposure I have been able to attain with close to models and their approach and come to some conclusions that aspects of the models may come in useful for me and my own classroom and be something that I draw upon when encountering disciple behaviour when I am statement my own students. Two main theorists that essentially developed and spread out the behaviour management field of honor of education ar B.F. skinner and Carl Rogers. Both had differi ng views on the topic, with mule skinner saying that when the reward and finis of the student is identified than anybody whoremaster manipulate that students behaviour because they will do what is necessary to get the sought after reward. Rogers however states that in order for the student to exhibit positive behaviour they indispensableness to be persuaded into doing so. Rogers states this can be taught when the student is able to roll in the hay the difference between right and violate and has an internal consciousness of that concept. After looking at these dickens theorists closely end-to-end this semester I do lean towards Carl Rogers and the students indirect request to behave positively. I do not solely remember that a student will in some mode magically behave well every time you are dangling a reward in front of them as incentive. The student has to want to behave well and complete forget me drug work once they have achieved the reward and not except up unt il they receive the reward and then feel as ! if they can do what they want.
